Delete your Hisaab account

Hisaab (com.hisaab.hisaab) lets you permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open Hisaab and go to Settings.
Tap Delete account & data and confirm.

Your account and all its cloud data are deleted immediately, and the app's on-device data on that phone is wiped.

Option 2 — By email

Email support@cybercodex.co.in from any address, including your account phone number. We verify ownership and delete the data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account (phone number) and any premium granted to it.
Encrypted backups (the cloud only ever held ciphertext).

What we keep

Nothing in our cloud after deletion completes.
Records we must retain for legal or tax purposes, such as Google Play purchase records held by Google and subscription records held by RevenueCat, where applicable.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it in the Play Store.
